Job Summary

The Assurance Policy, Senior Coordinator supports the work of the Assurance Policy team to implement and maintain the quality assurance and credibility of the Textile Exchange Standards through assurance provider (certification and accreditation body) communications and support to internal assurance systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in the textile and/or certification sectors – particularly with wool – and will work across all Textile Exchange standards and policies with a special focus on animal materials.

This position will report to the Assurance Engagement Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assurance Provider Communications – 50%

  • Support communications with assurance providers via email, online community, and virtual meetings.
  • Research and document issues identified in Textile Exchange standards and assurance policies.
  • Answer technical questions around Textile Exchange standards and assurance policies.
  • Manage and follow-up information requests from assurance providers.
  • Assist in the maintenance and publication of supporting documents to the Textile Exchange standards and assurance policies.
  • Support engagement initiatives with assurance providers to ensure compliance with the certification system operational requirements.

Assurance Systems – 35%

  • Provide administrative support to assurance related processes involving certification bodies.
  • Support the maintenance of assurance systems, including databases, document management, and case management.
  • Drive improvement initiatives of the assurance systems.
  • Support specific topics of the Textile Exchange standards and assurance policies when engaging with assurance providers, particularly related to animal materials.

General Support – 15%

  • Provide guidance and respond questions from stakeholders in support of the Standards and Assurance team.
  • Support other areas of the Standards and Assurance team as needed, including language interpretation/translation where required and skills allow.
  • Represent Textile Exchange at events and meetings.
  • Organize meetings and webinars with the assurance provider community.
  • Participate in shadow audits representing the Assurance team.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Two to three years of field work experience in the animal fiber industry, preferably a wool operation prior to the spinning stage.
  • Knowledge of the commercial practices and structure within the animal fiber industry, particularly wool trading.
  • Strong English language communication skills. Ability to synthesize and present complex information in a simple, meaningful way.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate respectfully and effectively in English with non-native English speakers.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, systematic, methodical, and highly organized.
  • One to two years of experience working in an analytic, certification/standards, or sustainability scheme capacity.
  • Demonstrated interest in Textile Exchange’s vision, mission, and goals.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, yet fast-paced remote environment, able to meet deadlines and share progress regularly. Comfort with ambiguity and changing direction.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with ability to work remotely effectively. 
  • Strong team player.
  • Able to work remotely/from home 100% of the time.
  • Able to accommodate flexible working hours with a minimum daily overlap with their supervisor and teammates’ schedules.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including strong skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexible to communicate with multiple time zones outside of standard working hours.
  • Able to travel internationally on occasional basis.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Additional language(s) knowledge, especially Spanish.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, particularly for technical writing.
  • One to two years of certification body experience.
  • Minimum a College/University degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent).
  • Experience working with Textile Exchange standards, particularly RAF standards, or other ISEAL or ISO 17065 based standards.

Job Summary

The Senior Data Analyst will support the Data Analytics Team to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of collected data through verification and reconciliation processes. They will query, transform, model and aggregate data to provide key figures and impactful data visualizations. 

The ideal candidate must have experience using advanced programming, modelling and statistical skills. They should be proactive, flexible, competent and responsible in overseeing all the tasks and activities within their area of responsibility  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and write SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract and manipulate data. 
  • Connect to data sources and perform data transformations, modelling, and visualization of data using Microsoft Power BI. 
  • Conduct rigorous data checks and reconciliations to identify anomalies, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and errors in datasets. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve data completeness and accuracy. 
  • Develop and implement data quality control measures and procedures.  
  • Continuously identify, communicate, and propose areas for improving data management, integrity, and reporting. 
  • Interpret data, analyze results, generate insights, and prepare reports. 
  • Design, implement, test and de-bug data models and dashboards. 
  • Constantly seek to improve data models for accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. 
  • Carry out data mapping between different datasets. 
  • Work cross functionally with other teams to gather data and prepare required output. 
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and tool developments as required.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a reputable university in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. 
  • At least 3 years working experience in a related field, with a focus on data extraction, analysis, data modelling, and statistical analysis. 
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines including ETL and data lakes with advanced SQL knowledge to extract large and relational datasets on Azure/AWS data platform. 
  • Experience in developing, maintaining, and updating data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. 
  • Synapse and Python skills a plus. 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills – able to break down complex problems to implementable solutions with attention to detail and data integrity. 
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and work independently in a virtual workplace. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong work ethic. 
  • Comfortable adapting to changes in a fast-paced remote environment.

EU Program Director

Our Company: 

Accelerating Circularity is a collaborative industry organization with a mission to build circular systems that turn used textiles into new raw materials. The goal is to develop models for circular supply systems that can be implemented in multiple geographies. We believe in truth, action and accountability.

The Position:

The Program Director’s main responsibilities include the management of regional programs including business development, strategy, budget, timeline, organization and program deliverables. Key functions are daily oversight of activities needed to execute on program goals, reporting and grant targets.  

EU Programs may include: 

  • Trials – Textile to textile recycling trials (business development, research, material transportation, tracking, sorting, preprocessing, recycling, fiber, yarn, fabric, garment making, monitoring, evaluation and learning and circular product identification)
  • Additional working groups facilitation, program/tool implementation, event presentations and management

Other duties may be required depending on regional specific programs.

Reports to: VP Programs & Stakeholder Engagement

Key Collaborators: Program Directors, Communications, Finance, Program Specialist and Program participants.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

Program management

  • Business development and stakeholder management
  • Develop the overall program plans and assure compliance during execution of the program
  • Coordinate and oversee the development and maintenance of the program schedule

  • Program budget development, management, and reporting; maintenance of program financial records
  • Program-related correspondence
  • Program risk management

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

  • Collaborate with US Program Director and Program Specialist to identify indicators and collect data for environmental assessments, business cases, and other relevant applications
  • Track and document all program-related field activities
  • Generate monthly status reports and share information with program participants
  • Perform and/or assist in studies for economic/technical/logistical feasibility and optimization
  • Coordinate development of Program Reports for publication.

Strategy

  • Provide input into organization strategy
  • Develop program strategies aligned with organizational strategies

Stakeholder engagement and relationship management

  • Facilitate collaboration across the full textile-to-textile supply chain, with a focus on planning, consensus building and delivering finished product
  • Act as primary liaison with program participants to develop and maintain good working relationships

Team management

  • Organize and facilitate program meetings
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to specialists and analysts

Key Competencies: Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • At least (7-10) years’ experience managing complex projects as a project manager, with project accountability. International project management experience desired
  • Strong background in textiles and product development
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Multilingual skills are very desirable. Public speaking required
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a matrix team environment
  • Understanding of product and textile development, costing, and industry standards for testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of contracts (legal and financial aspects), cost control and scheduling
  • Highly organized; thorough; able to process, absorb and transfer information expediently; and be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (GSuite), Airtable and other relevant software

Textile Exchange is looking for an experienced and effective Salesforce Lead who is passionate about our mission to drive positive impact on climate change and nature across the fashion and textile industry. The candidate will oversee the organization’s Salesforce platform and be responsible for the success of a portfolio of projects involving Salesforce development, implementation, and integration with other systems as part of our digital strategy. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a wide range of users to translate business objectives into technical needs and have a good understanding of Salesforce architecture and development experience to make it happen. 

Like all roles at Textile Exchange, the role will be home-based with some travel required. Candidates must be available to work across Asian, European and US time zones.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

Platform Management 

  • Oversee the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. 
  • Ensure the optimal system performance, data security, and data quality in the of the Salesforce platform 
  • Ensure the system is up-to-date with the latest releases and best practices 

Team Management 

  • Provide leadership to the Salesforce team by assigning tasks, fostering staff development, mentorship, and coaching. Encourage collaboration and teamwork. 
  • Define clear staff goals and regularly review performance to ensure alignment with Data & Tech and organizational objectives. 

Project Leadership 

  • Lead and manage Salesforce development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines. 
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems such as Sage Intacct Financials Systems, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure EDW. 

Collaboration and Communication 

  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate business objectives into technical requirements. 
  • Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams to ensure project success. 
  • Manages consultants and/or service providers for additional Salesforce development, where necessary.  

Development and Customization 

  • Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. 
  • Seek opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and drive cost savings 
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable and maintainable, adhering to best practices in Salesforce development. 

User Support and Training 

  • Design and develop training materials and provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users to ensure they can effectively use the platform. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce usage. 

Documentation and Reporting 

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, customizations, and integrations. 
  • Generate and present regular reports on Salesforce performance and project progress to senior management. 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, or related discipline. 
  • Must have 5+ years hands-on experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and preferably Experience Cloud. 
  • Must have 2+ years of Salesforce platform architect-level experience. 
  • Must have certifications or comparable experience: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant is desirable. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security, data management, and system configuration. 
  • Strong development skills with experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. 
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration and ETL tools. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX and version control systems such as Git is a plus.

About this role:

We are excited to be recruiting a full-time Social Governance Manager as part of our Responsible Innovation team at PANGAIA. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of PANGAIA’s human rights work focused on our supply chain, managing risk and positively impacting the people behind our products. Key tasks include managing ethical due diligence, onboarding new suppliers, identifying risks in supply chain, enabling responsible governance and programmatic work to support social impact in alignment with the highest standards such as B Corp and Fairwear standards. You will work closely with the product, sourcing, and legal teams to advise and drive ethical standards with PANGAIA’s partners to reach our commitment to becoming an Earth Positive business.

A day in the life:

Governance:

  • Support PANGAIA’s position on ethical trade and human rights designed to improve the livelihoods of the people working in supply chains, with a particular focus on living wages, wellbeing, equity and worker voice
  • Lead the delivery of the Ethics and Social Impact Strategy including conducting human rights due diligence, establishing new partnerships and creating programmes of work that respond to salient social issues
  • Follow human rights policies and standards relating to ethical trade. Update existing supply chain policies and develop new policies when required

External and Internal Reporting & Training:

  • Conduct mandatory and voluntary human rights reporting and communicating goals and effectiveness of ethical initiatives
  • Lead on the report and audit process for our annual Fair Wear Brand Performance Check, maintaining “Leader” status
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual presentations and reports to communicate progress internally and externally
  • Develop and deliver training to internal teams on salient issues and relevant updates in the supply chain

  • Organise, review and collate data from social audits and assessments (e.g. SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP etc), and maintain supplier data on Impact database and traceability platform, accurately logging information and analysing data
  • Work collaboratively with Production and Sourcing teams to onboard new suppliers to our Impact standards, supporting continuous improvement towards Responsible Purchasing Practices
  • Work closely with and support the Responsible Innovation team on new material and product due diligence

Budget & Partnership management:

  • Support Chief Impact Officer on the Philanthropy workstream with partnership and budget management to ensure we meet our 1% proceeds commitments

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at educating and guiding the textile and fashion industry towards meaningful change, in collaboration with the Engagement & Partnership Sr Director.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Industry and Materials Engagement teams to craft a comprehensive strategy for providing actionable guidance and promoting the adoption of Textile Exchange tools, resources, and standards on a global scale.
  • Design and implement diverse delivery formats tailored to a diverse global audience, ensuring accessibility for both members and non-members alike.
  • Lead the development of learning pathways, connecting Textile Exchange tools and resources, integrating with key events and tools, such as the events, field visits and webinars to drive engagement and facilitate knowledge dissemination.

By ensuring the application of Responsible Sourcing policies and procedures, the Textile Project Manager will contribute to protect the reputation of our Maisons.

Responsibilities

The mission of the Textile Project Manager is to support the deployment of the Responsible Sourcing program in the space of the Textile supply chain, through the following elements:

  • Supply Chain risk profile, based on Environmental, Social, Governance – “ESG” – criteria
  • Risk mapping – suppliers activities, subcontractors and more generally of any supply chain stakeholders up to the raw material source
  • Continuous evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with our Maisons
  • Risk mitigation actions
  • Escalation and reporting mechanisms

The mission is to build, implement and manage the Textile supply chain network and tools to support Maisons and entities to mitigate ESG and compliance risks, the latter driving also sourcing intelligence activities. In addition, the Textile Project Manager will support the Group Leather Responsible Sourcing Project Manager in building a resilient textile responsible sourcing management system, to answer the requirements of upcoming sustainability regulations.

Textile Supply Chain expertise, Maisons and entities coordination, as well as data management will be key to assess and secure the risks relative to the Textile upstream supply chain.

The scope of the role does include all Richemont Maisons sourcing and/or producing finished products with textile related materials, animal, plant or synthetic based. This corresponds to our Fashion & Accessories Maisons – Alaïa, AZ Factory, Chloé, Dunhill, Purdey and Peter Millar.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Establish an accurate, reliable textile supply chain database and KPI’s

  • Build and maintain the textile database including all suppliers and raw materials due diligence related information
  • Build and deploy a set of responsible sourcing KPI’s, leveraging of the leather supply chain KPI’s, adding tailored indicators if any for textile
  • Participate in the definition of textile supply chain risk profile
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality

Coordinate supply chain audit plan and mitigations actions

  • Prepare the textile supply chain audit plan
  • Follow-up and ensure audit plan execution
  • Coordinate ESG and Compliance actions related to suppliers for all Maisons and entities

Animate the Group Textile supply chain community

  • Support the Group Leather Responsible Sourcing Project Manager in defining and establishing the textile supply chain governance (committees, escalation, etc.)
  • Organize specific workshops to define guidelines and best practices, including ESG audit upgrades, new referential (certifications, etc.)

Senior Sustainability Analyst, Climate and Nature Data Analytics:  Become the Newest Member of the VF Family  

This role provides data collection, analytics, and environmental impact expertise to support VF Corporation’s Global Sustainability strategy, quantify and guide progress toward goals and targets, and provide data management and organization to prepare for upcoming regulation and external disclosures. In close collaboration with the Senior Manager of Global Sustianability Programs, other VF teams throughout the enterprise, and the sustainability leads at each VF brand, this role exercises proficiency on VF’s product based environmental impacts. This includes global GHG emissions associated with raw material sourcing, with an emphasis on agriculture practices or recycled materials, material processing and finishing, product manufacturing, and product end-of-life. This role will aggregate global sustainability data across key brands and the enterprise to provide data analytics that measure and communicate environmental impact reductions across climate, nature, and resource management.

How You Will Make a Difference:  

The Senior Sustainability Analyst will contribute to key activities in measuring our environmental impacts as part of the Global Sustainability Team. This role will collect, aggregate and analyze data to measure the environmental impacts and progress toward goals across our materials and products, and help the team prepare for emerging ESG regulatory compliance. This includes projects, such as:

  • Support and validate data collection from teams across VF focused on material sourcing and factory operations
  • Compile and analyze data to map brand level and enterprise scope 3 carbon impacts and develop projections for brand sustainability, materials, and innovation teams to reduce the impact in line with our science based targets.
  • Work with digital product platform team and brand level product management to further develop internal product line management systems, finding areas to increase data support for scope 3 measurements and reporting
  • Aggregate and analyze data to support disclosure toward voluntary sustainability targets and prepare for mandatory ESG regulatory disclosures and reporting.
  • Prepare data visualization for internal and external meetings, including Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
  • Provide data management, file management, and organizational support to centralize data in preparation for greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory assurance, and mandatory ESG regulatory disclosures
  • Coordinate with ESG Reporting, SEC Reporting and other VF teams to ensure sustainability data is timely, accurate and complete for our annual disclosures and surveys including our annual Enviromental and Social Responsibility Report, Science Based Targets, and emerging European legislation and reporting requirements.
  • Provide emissions consulting, data collection and measurements for innovative materials and evolving sustainability strategies/new regulation around regenerative agriculture carbon sequestion and biodiversity, circular product emission factor equivalents, nature science based targets, and new material alternatives.
  • Work with brand teams on new material LCA assessments.

Skills for Success:  

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years 

Educational/ Position Requirements:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, CSR, economics, environmental studies, management information systems, engineering, finance, or similar field.
  • Analytical experience and understanding of data collection and organization.
  • Advanced Excel experience with the ability to manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, macros, and modeling.
  • Greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and product/material LCA experience

Hiring Range:$74,304.00 USD – $92,880.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
